Rolled Oats: Organic, Gluten Free - Light Cellar
Oats are warming, sweet and just slightly bitter. Rolled oats are made by lightly toasting, hulling, steaming and then pressing the oats flat. Great for soaking to use in breakfast recipes and other baking. Or use them dry and grind in your blender or food processor to make your own freshly ground oat flour.
Fun Fact: all oats are gluten-free, however cross contamination is common during harvesting and processing. These oats are gluten-free & tested for cross-contamination.
