You will learn the best foods, practices and self-care choices to balance your health.
When you understand your basic constitution, you no longer fall prey to fads or the latest diet or exercise craze. You know the conditions and foods that are optimal for YOU to maintain balance.
You will also learn why certain seasons pull you off balance while others contribute to your personal health.
It’s not about changing who you are. It’s about knowing who you are. And nourishing yourself.
