About your presenter:

Malcolm Saunders has worked in the field of herbs and nutrition for close to 20 years and is the Owner & Creative Visionary of the Light Cellar based in Calgary, AB as well as the author of two books; Elixir Life: Where Modern Nutrition Meets Ancient Herbal Wisdom and Chocolate Life: the Alchemy of Cacao for Flavour, Function, & Feeling.
Malcolm is on the faculty of Wild Rose College of Natural Healing, and an instructor at the Canadian Herb Conference as well as the Vancouver Island and Kootenay Herb Gatherings.
He is both an organizer and speaker at the Annual Calgary Fermentation Festival and the Annual Medicinal Mushroom Symposium.

He is also the creator of the Business for Herbalists course released through Wild Rose College in January 2023.
