In this hands on workshop we will be thinking outside the cereal box and making up some delicious gut healthy breakfasts that your whole family will love!

If you are taking steps to cut out gluten and/or diary and to heal the gut you have
probably struggled with what to make for breakfast. It is the most frequent question I get as a nutritional consultant! But, What are we going to eat for breakfast?!

I remember it well myself when we first made the transition into a gut healing lifestyle. But we came out the other side and you can too. All you need is a little information and some tasty inspiration to get you there!
