Hops Flowers: Raw Organic - Light Cellar
A "hop" is a green cone around the female flower of the hop plant. The Romans said the hops grew "wild among the willows, like wolves among sheep", hence the name Lupulus. Inside the hops are golden grains that form a sticky greenish yellow to organ-yellow powder. Hops have been used for centuries to flavour beer, and are a distant relative of stinging nettles.
Tea infusion: Add 1-2 Tbsp to 2-3 cups hot water, let steep for 3-10 minutes, strain and enjoy!
