About the Instructors:
Brittany’s Bio
Brittany Zeer is a certified INNATE Postpartum Care Practitioner offering postpartum care to mothers in Calgary and surrounding areas. Brittany is also a staff member at Light Cellar.
After studying to become a birth doula, she saw a massive fracture in how we support and tend to mothers in the immediate and long-term postpartum time. This is what led her to the work of Rachelle Seliga, a traditional midwife who created INNATE Traditions and the INNATE Postpartum Care Practitioner training.
Brittany has supported countless women and mothers, from those preparing for pregnancy, recovering from miscarriage, to a mother of 5, and everything in between, in integrating many components you will learn in the Planning for the Fourth Trimester course to support postpartum healing, holistic wellness, and women/mother-centered care.
Brittany believes that when we support and heal the mothers, we heal the world. She’s on a mission to rewrite the narrative around mother-centered care, and to support others in the education and reclamation of postpartum care.

She works to educate her patients and the public about the tremendous power they have for their health and lives. She cherishes the connections made with people while attending their health journeys and looks forward to creating more.
