Lobster Mushrooms: - Light Cellar
Lobster mushrooms aren’t exactly mushrooms but a parasitic mold that completely transforms specific mushroom species into these tasty, densely textured Lobsters. The name comes from the subtle seafood aroma and flavour and because of it's red ‘shell' and white interior.
Soak for 15-20 min. Soak water may be used for flavouring in recipes. Add to soups, sauces, pasta, stews, stir fry or stuffing or sauté with onions and add to scrambled eggs.
