The Vitality: SLEEP class is an afternoon in the kitchen to learn the ways the good food can help foster good sleep. We'll talk circadian rhythm, and ways to help support this super important hormone function when it comes to getting the restorative sleep you need. We'll zero in on how to ensure quality of sleep, and why this needs to be a priority if you want to feel real good.
Join Luka Symons, local Holistic Nutrition Practitioner to garner important foods, spices, teas and elixirs as well as lifestyle tips in order to practically support a return to sweet slumber.
Expect a list of targeted foods to help with the work, and recipes aimed at supporting the body to naturally achieve this sleep thing.
