Join us for a very special event featuring a whole lot of chocolate tasting & inspiration from 3 local chocolate aficionados.
Local legend Bernard Callebaut will share his secrets to tempering chocolate! That's right, if you have ever wanted to learn how to temper chocolate, this is the man to learn from as he has been doing it all his life and is 4th generation chocolatier.
You will learn how chocolate is made from bean to bar while intimate industry insights will be revealed by both Malcolm Saunders and Bernard Callebaut.

We will be sharing with you some of our very favourite chocolate bars and companies so you get to taste a variety of different chocolates from different origins and makers learning what makes them special.
The day will finish with where and how chocolate began... A journey to the Aztecs and Mayans for an authentic drinking hot chocolate complete with the history of chocolate from pre-Columbian times shared by Denis Manzer.
