There is always the latest and greatest diet, as well as "good" foods and "bad" foods being proclaimed, and it is easy to be lured in by these nutrition trends or dogged down by the dogma of opinions as they are cast about, each proclaiming 'the way'.
When trying to reason through this, there are also innumerable conflicting views and bits of information coming from science and experts, not to mention the agendas of corporations, industry and advertising who are all trying to influence what you eat.
This might be fine if access to more information and opinions did result in greater health, but for most, it does not and often creates a longer, more frustrating, and expensive journey.
