This is a 90-minute workshop in manual face massage and gua sha techniques. Using acupoints and various techniques, you will learn how to naturally lift and soften your face for glowing results. With a consistent routine, these practices can help reduce stress, diminish wrinkles & fine lines, strengthen facial tone, and improve blood flow to the face helping to minimize signs of aging.

Why face yoga?

Just like the muscles in our bodies, our face muscles also hold tension and lose their strength over time. Face yoga combines massage and exercise techniques - activating your muscles, skin and lymphatic system. It is a very relaxing practice - helping to soften and tone your facial muscles while also calming your mind and easing stress. Targeting your face, neck and shoulders, it has been found effective in improving the overall structure of your face through strengthening underused muscles and softening overactive muscles. A balanced face yoga routine includes exercises, massage and the use of acupressure points. To really see improvements, this should be combined with whole-health practices - proper sleep, stress reduction, nourishing meals, & movement.

In this workshop you will learn:


  • Facial exercises to help strengthen, tone & lift the muscles of the face.
  • Facial massage to support circulation, relaxation and lymphatic drainage.
  • Facial acupressure & gua sha strokes to bring more energy/qi flow to the face.
  • Whole-health practices to support a calm mind, relaxed nervous system & a radiant complexion


Facilitated by Hannah-Beth, a holistic nutritionist, herbalist & yoga teacher as well as a current student of Chinese medicine & acupuncture with a focus on cosmetic acupuncture and beauty from within. 


Remember to bring: 
- your favorite face oil and gua sha tool (we will have some available for purchase)!
- wear comfortable clothing
- bring a hair tie
- a notebook if you desire to take notes

All registrants will receive an email closer to the date of the class with details related to what to bring, when to arrive, etc...

Whether you attend live in-person or online a recording of the session will be sent to all registrants to be able to view again afterward.
