Get Your Lymph Flowing for Less Pain, Greater Ease and a Youthful Glow
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the removal of stagnation is top of mind, yet in the western world we almost never hear of this concept.
More and more we are seeing that people are congested...
- their circulation is restricted
- their lymph is backed up
- their livers are fatty
- their bile ducts are full of sludge and stones
- their energy meridians are blocked
What is the common denominator here?
STAGNATION
This means POOR nutrient delivery and a lot of toxic BACK UP. Not ideal!
The good news is that none of this is your genetic fate or the unavoidable result of ageing.
The body knows healing and it is doing the best it can with the circumstances of YOUR life.
If you want:
- better skin
- more energy
- less pain
- healthier hormones
- clearer thinking
- a better memory
- insert your goal here
...then this class is for you.
You will learn:
- signs that indicate your lymphatic system is no optimal
- how to physically move your lymph
- the factors that impede a healthy lymphatic system
- tonic herbs to support your lymph flow
- and more
Includes a sample of a lymphatic-focused Elixir that Sascha will demonstrate in class.
Register now, space is limited.
Everyone who is registered will receive a recording of the session after the class plus any slides/notes associated.
Come and learn how to drain your sewer system (lymph), increase your circulation and get that energy moving.
The theme is FLOW, and more flow is something we can ALL benefit from!
