Native to Africa, this towering tree produces the small, edible kola nut, which is rich in caffeine. It is the main ingredient in traditional cola soda, adding a bitter flavor.

Add 1 tsp to elixirs, smoothies, or make a tea. Add 1-2 tsp to 1 cup water. Bring to boil. Simmer 10-15min. Or take as a capsule or tincture.
