Mugwort: Organic - Light Cellar
Story:
Mugworts common name is thought to originate from its traditional use to flavour beverages, in particular beers, before the common use of hops. It has a bitter flavour and a drying action. Considered the universal herb for protection and prophecy.
Tea: Infuse 1-2 tsp per cup boiling water. Cover. Steep 10 min and strain. For a less bitter tea, brew with lemon balm, peppermint or chamomile. Can be smoked, used as a smudge or to fill scent pillows to promote lucid dreaming.
