Wild Canadian Reishi Slices - Ganoderma tsugae - Ontario - 113g
Known as the "Mushroom of Immortality", said to calm the mind, build will power, wisdom and physical resilience as well as enhance the spirit. This special Reishi has been hand-harvested from the wild Canadian forests of Ontario.
Decoction: Add 3-5 slices per 1L water. Boil 2-5 min. Simmer 15-60 min or longer. Strain. Drink as tea or use as a base for elixirs, hot chocolate, soups or smoothies. Make a big batch to sip all day or store finished tea in refrigerator for up to 5 days. Reishi slices can be re-brewed 2-3 times. And or made into a tincture.
