Digestive Peace ✨
A delicious belly-soothing mocktail for calm, comfort & gentle activation.
Digestive Peace was crafted as a sparkling (or warm!) ritual drink to ease the belly, calm the nervous system, and invite harmony back into the digestive flow, utilizing the herbal power of carminatives.
Carminative herbs are herbs that help settle gas, bloating, and general belly discomfort. In this recipe, we use three quintessential carminatives — fennel, cardamom, and ginger — a classic trio found across traditional herbal systems for good reason. These wonderfully soothing herbs bring gentleness and warmth to the digestive system and allow our food to be assimilated more efficiently, rather than sitting heavy or stagnant.
To deepen the experience, we added our Fresh & Focused Syrup, which brings in soothing mint and rosemary — herbs beloved for supporting both the liver and the brain. These two organs play a big role in digestion, particularly when stress or tension is involved. As the nervous system softens, digestion often follows.
A squeeze of lemon brings a beautiful bright, sour note that helps stimulate digestive juices and further eases the burden on the liver, while adding a refreshing lift to the overall flavour.
This drink can be enjoyed sparkling and chilled or warm and cozy, depending on your body’s needs. (If enjoying warm, simply omit the ice and cooling steps and sip it as a hot, soothing tea.)

Store in the fridge until ready to use.
Cardamom Sugar Rim ✨
While your tea is decocting:
