Lead Herbalist – Herbal Production (Full-Time, Flexible)

If you are an herbalist who has invested years into your studies, your practice, and your relationship with plants — and you’re looking for a place where that knowledge is respected, applied, and allowed to grow — this role was created with you in mind.

This is an opportunity to lead a living herbal production department inside an established and values-driven wellness company. You will work hands-on with herbs every day, guide formulations from concept to shelf, mentor others into deeper herbal literacy, and help shape products that genuinely support people’s health.

At Light Cellar, we believe herbalism is both an art and a responsibility. This role is for someone who wants to practice with integrity, uphold best practices, and step into leadership — not in theory, but in a functioning, respected business that serves thousands of customers each year.

For herbalists with entrepreneurial leanings or long-term visions of product creation, teaching, or stewardship of herbal systems, this position offers real leadership experience, operational insight, and a meaningful pathway forward within the herbal industry.
