Always From Scratch
From fermenting beets for three days to make our signature Beetchup, to slowly cultivating gut-supportive sauerkraut, warming soups, and decadent soul-soothing baked goods — nothing is rushed, outsourced, or simplified for convenience.
Each bowl, bite, and treat carries:

Superfoods are woven seamlessly into familiar favourites, elevating everyday meals into deeply nourishing food experiences. From gluten-free sourdough grilled cheese to fermented condiments, each bite supports digestion, energy, and long-term vitality. You won’t find a single creation that doesn’t include an element of functional goodness.
This is comfort food with purpose.

Traditionally Prepared, Nutrient-Rich Fats
We work exclusively with locally sourced, grass-fed, pasture-raised butter, tallow, cream, and milk, as well as traditional oils like olive and coconut.
Highly processed seed oils have no place in our kitchen.
We also use traditional methods in our own production, like stone-grinding coconut butter for a full seven days — preserving nutrients, flavour, and texture in their most complete form.

Using heirloom cacao stone-ground in-house and infused with medicinal mushrooms, our chocolate bars are deeply flavourful and nourishing.
