2. Traditional, Unrefined Methods

We honour traditional preparation methods that preserve nutrients, flavour, and vitality. Methods that modern processing often strips away in the name of speed and efficiency.

Fermentation, stone grinding, slow extraction, and whole-plant processing enable food and herbs to express their full potential. When we work in rhythm with nature rather than against it, the result is nourishment you can truly feel.

3. No Artificial Colours: No “Natural Flavours”

We never use artificial colours or flavours — and we don’t use “natural flavours” either.

Real food is naturally delicious and vibrant. When ingredients are sourced and prepared with care, there is no need to disguise or enhance them. Our colours and flavours come directly from high-quality plants and their extracts: whole herbs, spices, cacao, mushrooms, and botanicals crafted in-house into tinctures, hydrosols, extracts, and powders.

What you taste and see is exactly what nature intended.

4. Everything Crafted From Scratch

Not cutting corners means making everything in-house, with intention and care.

From stone-ground coconut butter (ground continuously for seven full days) to chocolate, soups, ferments, elixirs, hydrosols, tinctures, and baked goods — every creation is made, baked, brewed, or processed by our team of herbalists, cooks, bakers, and chocolate makers.

This is slow food, prepared with purpose. The kind of quality you can taste, trust, and return to.
