- ️ An introduction into the 4 Seasons of your Menstrual Cycle, how the energetics are reflected in the 4 Seasons Mother Earth goes through, and the 4 main phases the Moon goes through
- ️ How to use the energetics of these Seasons to support you as you move through your own monthly cycle
