Black Maca: Raw Organic - Light Cellar

Story:

Maca is a cruciferous relative of the radish growing in the high mountains of Peru, at over 11,000 ft making it the world’s highest altitude crop. It is well studied as an adaptogenic plant and has a rich nutrient profile. In Peru, it is has been used dried and ground into a powder as a staple food source for thousands of years. Known as ‘Andes aphrodisicac’, and also as ‘Peruvian ginseng’ though it is technically not a ginseng. Maca root has a malted butterscotch like flavour and warming qualities. 

Instructions:

Add 1-3 tsp or more to smoothies, elixirs, hot chocolate, milkshakes, chocolate bars or sauces.
