Story:
Also known as a dyers fucus, red fucus, or rock wrack, bladderwrack is a brown seaweed harvested from cool ocean waters from around the world, easily recognized by its air-filled thalli or 'bladders' that keep the plant afloat. Bladderwrack is high in iodine and its quite neutral (alkaline).
Add to soups, stocks, or tea. This product is harvested from the sea. May contain occasional shell fragments. Consumption of this product may cause a serious or life-threating reaction in persons with allergies to fish and shellfish.
