This Egyptian herb of choice is not actually a lotus but a water lily. Traditionally used for stress, anxiety, depression, and as an aphrodisiac. Also to aid in sleep and reduce menstrual cramps.
Can be smoked or made into a tincture. Use it as a decoration for your cakes too.
Add 2-3 tsp per cup of boiling water. Boil 10 min and strain.
