Blue Lotus Flowers

This herb of choice is not actually a lotus but a water lily. Traditionally used for stress, anxiety, depression, and as an aphrodisiac. Also to aid in sleep and reduce menstrual cramps.

Grown without pesticides or fertilizer in Sri Lanka. 

Can be smoked or made into a tincture. Use it as a decoration for your cakes too.

Tea decoction:

Add 2-3 tsp per cup of boiling water. Boil 10 min and strain.
