Blue Lotus Tincture

Though commonly called Lotus, Blue Lotus is actually a member of the water lily family. Revered in Ancient Egypt as the “Dream Flower,” it has long been associated with relaxation, stress relief, and expanded awareness in dream states.

With subtly sweet and bitter notes and a cooling nature, Blue Lotus is traditionally enjoyed for its gently uplifting and calming qualities.

Use: Take 1 mL (20–30 drops) in water, tea, lemonade, smoothies, or directly in the mouth.
