Bull Kelp Powder: Raw, Wild Harvested - Light Cellar
Bull kelp is the largest form of brown algae, capable of growing up to 25cm in a single day. Easily recognized by its floating bulb, used to collect sunlight, super long holdfast and many fronds. Bull kelp grows in annual ‘forests’ and provides habitat and food for hundreds of different marine species. Nereocystis, this plant's genus, is the Greek word for "mermaid's bladder."
Sprinkle on salads or add to soups, stews, sauces, rice, casseroles, smoothies, dressings or popcorn. Use in place of salt.
