Burdock Root: Raw Organic - Light Cellar

Story:

Also, known as "poor man's potatoes", this root is traditionally used to clean and build the blood.

Tea decoction:  Add 2-3 tsp per cup of water. Boil 3-5 min. Simmer 30 min. Strain. Or use root pieces to flavour soups, stews or stir-fries.
