Calendula Flowers: Organic Raw - Light Cellar

Story:

Known as "poor man's saffron" throughout medival europe. According to Aryuvedic medicine its energetically cooling and has a bitter and pungent taste, in traditional Chinese medicine calendula called Jin Zhan Ju is considered energetically neutral and drying. Used similarly to Arnica yet it is a much more mild plant that can be used on open wounds. 

Tea infusion: Add 1-3 tsp per cup hot water. Steep up to 10 min. Also makes a good tincture and oil infusions.
