Chamomile: Raw Organic - Light Cellar

Story:

A member of the aster family, chamomile is well known around the world and viewed as a gentle but highly effective herb. It is slightly bitter in taste, the fresh flowers having the aroma of apples or pineapples. Chamomile brews up with a touch of honey into a lovely relaxing tea for adults and children.  

Make a tea: Add 3-5 Tbsp to 1 L boiled water. Cover and steep 5-10 min. Add to bathwater or use as a steam or eyewash.
