Story:
He Shou Wu, also known as Fo ti or ‘Mountain Spirit’, is a highly revered Chinese longevity herb with many legends purporting its ability to maintain the qualities of youthfulness and strength. It has a distinct sweet and slightly bitter taste, and its traditionally offered in its ‘prepared’ form where the root has first been cooked with black beans or black soybeans and then dried.
Instructions:
Add 3/4-1 tsp to 1 cup cool or slightly warm water, or add to a smoothie. Can be tinctured or capsuled.
