About the Instructor:

Brittany has always loved to cook and once upon a time wanted to be a chef.  She fell in love with crafting delicious, flavorful, nutrient dense broths in her own healing journey from chronic pain, and soon realized how broth is a foundational staple to a well-nourished life.
