A member of the honeysuckle family, cramp bark bears large white flowers, up to 12cm across that yield red berries in the fall. Used as a meditation aid to let go of stress and tension and help reach a higher state. 

Cramp bark extract can be taken in water, juice, or herbal tea such as turmeric ginger tea. It is often a component of herbal formulations and can be combined with herbal extracts such as skullcap extract, vitex extract, or passionflower extract.

Usage 1-2 full droppers twice daily
