Story:
Made from tiny, fossilized phytoplankton called diatoms that skeletons rich with inorganic silica. Food grade, lab tested, fresh water sourced and approved for human use in Canada. Food grade DE is often added to grains and legumes during storage to prevent insects.
Instructions:
Start by mixing 1 tsp daily with water or juice, taking 30 mins away from foods. Build up to 1-2 Tbsp. Mix with water for use as a skin mask or facial scrub.
