Dried Bee Pollen - Light Cellar

Known widely as one of the world’s most complete foods, bee pollen is the flower pollen gathered by bees. Every bee pollen grain contains appx. 2 million flower pollen grains. Bee pollen has been used by people’s all over the world for thousands of years, and contains almost all essential nutrition to life.

Instructions:

Start by adding 1/8 tsp per day & gradually increase to 1-2 tsp. Add to water, juice, smoothies or sprinkle on salad or cereal. Avoid heating. Some people may be allergic to bee pollen, start gradually.
