Eleuthero Root: Raw Organic - Light Cellar
Eleuthero root has been used in Korean, Chinese and Russian folk medicine for thousands of years and only came to be known widely in Western medicine in the 1960’s. Is is often referred to as Siberian ginseng though it is not directly related to Panax ginseng. Eleuthero contains chemical constituents called saponins, that are very similar to those in Ginseng and Gynostemma. Mildly stimulating.
Tea decoction: Add 1-2 tsp to 1 cup boiling water. Simmer 20 min. May brew with astragalus or burdock, or make a tincture.
