If you are currently making your own sourdough, this session will help guide you to know how to incorporate different flavorings in your Sourdough. Think cinnamon raisin, olive & rosemary, herb & cheese, and so much more!
In this class, instructor and commercial baker Line Laroche will demonstrate multiple flavoring techniques for you to see and you will taste all the different and delicious sourdough flavored breads.
You will also learn how to make a sourdough focaccia to take home and enjoy.
Come ready to have fun while learning and tasting healthy and delicious recipes.
In this class, our focus will be on the use of only locally-sourced, high-quality flours, freshly milled from organic and heirloom grains.



This hands-on class to take your skills and confidence of making Sourdough bread to the next level.

It is not required that you have done Sourdough Level 1 with Line, but is recommended you have previous sourdough experience to get the most from this class.


This is a hand on class, be prepared to play with your food while building community and creating a healthier you.
