Food Grade Bentonite Clay: All Natural Calcium Bentonite Clay - Light Cellar

Ingredients: From naturally occurring volcanic ash sediments, this clay has been traditionally used to assist in mineral deficiencies and to help bind toxins.
Internal use: Mix i part clay to 8 parts filtered water in a food-grade bottle. Shake to blend well. Avoid contact with metal. Drink 1-4 ounces clay water daily. External use: Mix 1 part clay to 3 parts of water to a sour cream consistency. Let stand 12-24 hours. Avoid contact with metal. Apply to skin and let dry. Rinse with warm water. Bath: add 8 ounces dry clay to running bath water in the tub.
