What is freeze-dried coffee?

Freeze-dried coffee is coffee that has gone through a freezing process where the extract is frozen at around -40 degrees Celsius. After the extract is frozen, it is then broken down into pieces. The pieces then move on to be dried at a low temperature while being under a vacuum. The low temperature and gentle drying process ensure that the aroma, flavour, and quality stay intact.

Use: Simply put 1-2 tsp into a cup of hot water and stir. You can add more if you like a stronger taste.

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 tsp of freeze-dried coffee
• 12 oz cup of hot water
• 1/4 tsp of our 7 mushroom blend
• 1  tbsp coconut butter 
• 1/2 tsp-1 tsp of sweetener of your choice 
  

Directions:

1. Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until well blended.
