Heather Flowers: Organic - Light Cellar

Story:

Heather was often used as a flavouring for teas and ales, the flowers being a traditional beer-making ingredient useful in aiding fermentation. Legend says that the certain varieties of heather only grows on the burial grounds of the fairy folk.

Tea infusion: Add 1-3 tsp per cup of boiling water. Simmer 10-15 min. Strain. Adding tea to bath water is thought to soothe joints.
