How our personal history, lifestyle, and environment can contribute to having a scattered mind.
How to take advantage of the brain’s neuroplasticity for the better.
What herbal actions to look for in a herb, and some of the herbs that can help.
What herbs resonate with them through tea tasting of four different herbs.
Other tools that can help alongside the herbs to achieve long-term, positive outcomes.
