This hands-on class to take your skills and confidence of making Sourdough bread to the next level.
In this class, you will be building upon your skills learned in level 1. It is not required that you have done Level 1 with Line, but is recommended you have previous sourdough experience to get the most from this class.
You will be sampling many different recipes, which will be vegan but you will be shown how to make a variety of sourdough that suits your tastes.
The techniques you will learn can be applied to not only bread but also sourdough crackers, waffles, pancakes, and more.
Everyone attending will go home with bread ready for the next morning to bake.
And you will receive your very own fermented rye, sourdough starter to take home as well. (Certified Organic and non-GMO flour)
