This hands-on class to take your skills and confidence of making Sourdough bread to the next level.

In this class, you will be building upon your skills learned in level 1.

Now that you are an accomplished Sourdough baker you can step it up a notch.
Learn to bake with specialized/heritages flours. 
You will be baking a Non-GMO certified organic Rye loaf.
Learn tricks and tips to work with little or no gluten.
Enjoy delicious specialty sourdough bread and best of all, infuse some of your loving energy into your food.

This is a hand on class, be prepared to play with your food while building community and creating a healthier you.

You will be sampling many different recipes, which will be vegan but you will be shown how to make a variety of sourdough that suits your tastes.

The techniques you will learn can be applied to not only bread but also sourdough crackers, waffles, pancakes, and more.


Everyone attending will go home with bread ready for the next morning to bake.


And you will receive your very own fermented rye, sourdough starter to take home as well. (Certified Organic and non-GMO flour)
