Lavender's many aromatic constituents differ greatly with the variety and region, creating this herb's diverse array of aromas and uses. This variety, commonly known as English lavender, has a sweeter fragrance. In latin, this root means "to wash", nodding to its long history of use in soaps, lotions and for wound care.

Instructions: Infuse 1 tsp to 1 cup boiling water. Steep 10 min. Strain. Make cookies, decorate a pie or add to your salad or both.
