We are going back to the way Bread was made and as Mother Nature intended us to eat.
Natural bread gives the body a better digestion process, provided by the fermentation process of the Sourdough starter.
This hands-on class will give you the skills and confidence you need to make your own Sourdough bread along with other recipes for your optimum success as an artisan baker!
In this class, you will be sampling many different recipes, which will be vegan but you will be shown how to make a variety of sourdough that suits your tastes.
Th techniques you will learn can be applied to not only bread but also sourdough crackers, waffles, pancakes, and more.
Everyone attending will go home with bread ready for the next morning to bake.
And you will receive your very own fermented rye, sourdough starter to take home as well.
