**When Shipping Hydrosols in the winter months, we have noticed freezing temperatures have caused shattering of the bottles. Please be aware of this when choosing to ship in winter. If in Calgary, we suggest using our Local delivery or pick-up options to avoid freezing the product! 

Hydro & steam distillted from fresh, locally grown lemon and lime balm. Our lemon and lime balm hydrosol is mellow and slightly sweet, with a somewhat herbaceous and bitter note. Reminiscent of fresh greenery, this gentle hydrosol is a wonderful ingredient that will lend the supportive properties of lemon balm to tea (hot or cold), elixirs, lotions, and creams. 

Suitable for internal, topical and cosmetic use. 

Use 1-2 tsp per serving.
