Story:

This ‘beauty mineral’ is an easy to absorb natural form of sulphur. MSM originates in the oceans released by algae and then escapes into the atmosphere where it reacts with ozone and sunlight to create DMSO and DMSO2, aka MSM. Natural sources of MSM cannot be harvested, so it is produced commercially by oxidizing DMSO. OptiMSM is obtained via a 4 stage distillation process ensuring that it is free from microbials and heavy metals. Sulphur-rich foods, like garlic, have long history of use in ancient medicine and today numerous studies have been done on the benefits of MSM in particular.

Instructions:

Add 1-2 tsp to 1-2 cups water or juice along with a botanical source of vitamin C like camu camu berry, acerola cherry or freshly squeezed lemon. For best results gradually work up to 2-3 Tbsp daily.
