Its distinctive peppery warmth sets it apart from other mints, and it remains one of the most versatile herbs in both the kitchen and the apothecary.

 Traditionally used in herbal medicine to aid digestion and help relieve digestive discomfort, including bloating and flatulence.

Use: As a tea, tincture, steam/wash or culinary. Infuse 1-2 tsp to 1 cup hot water for tea. Steep covered 5-10 min. Strain. Add peppermint directly to water, soups, rice, beans or smoothies.
