Join us for an afternoon in the forest gathering the medicine of pine and other edibles.

Learn the tricks and techniques to efficiently harvest pine pollen and transform it into utilizable, potent food and medicine.

Your host will take you to a pine forest to learn about the properties of pine and share with you the secrets he's learned over years of experience to efficiently harvest pine and turn it into a variety of preparations.

This is a hands-on event where we will all be harvesting pine to take home. We'll share with you not only our harvesting techniques but also our recipes and samples of items we've created with pine including tinctures, salves, and ferments.
