Stop, smell and eat the roses! Ancient Chinese used roses for digestive disorders, pain from injuries and menstrual irregularities. Petals contain vitamin C for antioxidants, immunity and allergy support. Rich in polyphenols believed to be good for the heart.

Instructions:

For a feel-good experience, add to salads and drinks or sprinkle on desserts. To make a tea, add 1-2 tsp to 1 cup of just about boiled water. Steep 2-3 min.
