A chance to enjoy the complex flavours that develop during the fermentation process that transforms cabbage into sauerkraut! This mouth-watering sauerkraut is made with cabbage grown by the famous Lund's Farm! Enjoy as a Condiment For any meal or it will stand on its own as a wholesome snack!
Ingredients: Local Alberta Cabbage*, Salt brine (Himalayan crystal salt, filtered revitalized water). (*Organic). Fermented for 6 weeks.
Keep refrigerated. Ensure vegetables stay submerged in the brine for optimal freshness – if it's below the brine, it's fine.
