A traditional symbol of fertility and sensuality, whose inner and outer beauty has inspired design since ancient times. The seeds, also called arils, impart a tangy, sweet and sour flavour to any dish. 

Add to trail mix, granola bars, sprinkle on salad, yogurt, ice cream, pie or cover with chocolate. Use whole, soaked or grind the seeds and use as a spice.
