Our Light Cellar twist on root beer contains a blend of plants from which the original root beer recipes were derived, to create a soothing and nourishing beverage the whole family can enjoy. Once a staple American drink, root beer was made popular by an ingenious pharmacist, Charles Hire, in the early 1900’s. It was based on a traditional variety of drinks popular in settler communities made by brewing roots, herbs, barks, berries and spices and often fermenting this tea for a tasty, nutritive effervescent drink.

Ingredients: Water, Star anise hydrosol, Chaga, Birch Bark, Dandelion Root, Burdock Root, Licorice, Ginger, Vanilla Bean, Sassafras, Sarsaparilla, peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon sticks, elethro root, astragalus root, spirits, honey, wintergreen essential oil, molasses 

Use: Add 1 tsp-1 tbsp into your preferred beverage of choice and enjoy!
